About Rachel Hicks:

Rachel Aymie Hicks is a Breathwork Facilitator, Hypnotherapist, and recovering people pleaser.

After years and years of self-sacrifice and putting others first, Rachel developed chronic depression and anxiety driving her to breaking point.

One night Rachel decides to drive out far into the bush with an intention to end her life. Unexpectedly she loses control of the car causing it to crash into trees and spin upside down. Miraculously, she survived with only one little scratch.

This was the beginning of Rachel’s healing journey, where she learnt howto release her people pleasing habits and negative self-beliefs through

powerful modalities such as hypnotherapy and breathwork.

After discovering the power of breathwork and becoming an embodied student herself, Rachel has been on a mission to share this wonderful, healing practice with the world.
