This week, Dr. Venus starts a conversation on how White Supremacy set up a system that deprived Black Women of their femininity, where many Black girls and Women get called liars when they speak up for themselves. She gives historical context of how slavery created a dynamic where Black Women speak up for Black Men no matter what, even when one that we know performs an act of violence against us.
