This year has been hard. Really hard. Childcare issues, sickness, a stalker, court, and most recently my 14-month-old going to the ER for what appeared to be seizures.
I'm continuing the conversation from last episode about self-sabotage, and why intellectualizing why you're struggling only gets you so far.
At some point, you have to stop thinking about it and just move. I get into why it's so easy to take mindless action (scrolling, organizing the pantry) but so hard to move on the things you actually want.
In this one:
If you're overthinking something instead of just getting up and doing one small thing about it, this one's for you.
