So many people today are told to fear the sun, for the sun is causing skin cancer and other health related problems. I just have one question for that. How did our ancestors survive without skin cancer rates like we have today, when they were always outside.  As a generation, we are inside the most of anyone, yet we have more skin cancer rates then ever before.

When you look at those numbers and consider the history, it is hard to believe the sun is what is harming us. 

I truly believe that it is our diet and lifestyle that is impacting our health which is triggering skin cancer.  The foods we eat, the limited antioxidants in our diets and even the toxic sunscreens we use to "protect" us from the sun.

In this weeks episode we not only talk all things sun and if we really should fear it, but we also talk about sunscreen and how sunscreen could be what is destroying our health, not the sun!
