This is a basic overview of the what we will be doing here at Stop and Give Me 20.
I go over the format:
- What's their story? What was the spark that influenced them into the fitness lifestyle
- The Superhero Section
- Who was their Superhero growing up- who influenced them the most to become the person they are
- Who is their Superhero now- who are they looking up to and trying to emulate
- Who are they trying to be a Superhero to- who are they looking to help with their business
- Industry Topics- I will ask them about the current state of the fitness industry, good and bad, and where do they think it's going.
- Other topics that we might get to:
- Books they are reading and seminars they are attending- what are the takeaways
- Something we might not know about them
- What might a training session look like
- The Stop & Give Me 5 segment- 5 Rapid Fire Questions and Answers
- This is a fun section that I am trying to personalize as much as possible with questions that relate to some of their interests and background. It breaks ups some of the seriousness of the conversation.
- The Letter to Your Younger Self- this is a time for my guests to reflect on some of the mistakes they might have made along the way, some things they would have done differently or maybe approached certain situations with a different mindset
