In this week's Hump Day Q'n'A it's time to discuss the topic of weaknesses.

We all have them, not just in training, but in all areas of our lives.

However, we will often avoid addressing them due to fear, anxiety or just not wanting to work on something we're not good at.

By avoiding addressing these areas we are often limiting ourselves, reducing our ability to progress and enhance our life, often getting caught up in a persistent cycle of having our development halted by particular barriers.

Hopefully, this podcast will challenge you to reflect, highlight your weaknesses and take action.
