Happy _ day! Any day is the best day to change something that no longer serves you... like a habitual drinking habit for example.
Today's episode is an excerpt from a class I taught on redirecting your thinking. Because we act most of the time based on how we feel, and our feelings are generated in a high or low vibration from the quality of our thoughts, the best way to change your behavior is to witness and understand your thinking processes in a loving and compassionate way.
Disclaimer - the episode ends a bit abrupt with me saying that "alcohol is a void", which I stand behind although I would typically prefer to end my podcasts on an elevated note. So let's add one here -
