We have been allowing a generation of victims to be raised and now their fruits are being seen in our world.  Entitlement trumps humbleness and generosity.  "I will for u" really only means, " I am scared and thinking of myself only but maybe if I say I am doing it for you I can gaslight you into doing it for me." We need to start allowing our kids to " do hard things."  We need to allow them to figure out how to navigate through tough situations without scooping in and fighting their every battle.
