If you want to understand behavior, go to the raw data. Look at individual records. Read notes. Follow timelines.

Dashboards tell you what happened. Records tell you why.

I still catch myself opening visualizations when I feel pressure. It feels productive. It is often avoidance.

Today, pull five real student records instead.
