Everyone was thrown in a fire growing up, meaning we did not have control of where we were born, how we were born, where we were raised, how we were raised, our finances, our family situation, ETC. 
A lot of us use some of these things that happened to us growing up to make excuses for today. 
Some of us still act based on the things that happened to us growing up. 
And all of that lingers and creates Self Sabatoge in your life now. 
The negative self talk, the excuses you give, the things you lean on are all from the inner voices and memories in your head. 
Its time to get out of your mind, stop clinging to the past, understanding why, and moving on from here on out!
