I hear all the time "Well, I want my brand to reflect my personality so I designed it with all the things I like, cuz then when someone sees it they see me and that's what will attract them".... UM. No. It doesn't work that way. See, your brand should be a reflection of you not a direct representation. Because ultimately you are selling and experience, not yourself. Sure you may be the the solo operator of your business, but it’s not YOU personally you are selling.

Deep down, what you are actually selling is an emotion or set of emotions. You’re selling how someone else feels about themselves after they’ve interacted with a service or product you provide.

THAT set of emotions is what is your brand.

Now apply this to your graphics. STOP creating for yourself. No one else cares. I know that sounds harsh, but reality is, all anyone cares about is how you make them feel about themselves.
