I fell in love with it because its 100% true and I am so excited to explain to you today not only the understanding of suffering but also how to end your suffering through your life circumstances. As we all know, we are the ones living this human experience and it is our responsibility to make our own lives satisfied and joyful to us. If suffering is getting in the way of that just know there's a way out there always is loves! Easier said than done but it is a start!
