1. Executive Summary & Seminar Framework
The Anti-Suicide & Success Campaign convened a two-part transformational leadership seminar hosted by the administration of the Deborah Foundation. Delivered in an engaging, interactive bilingual format (English and Kannada), the program addressed the root drivers of emotional distress, societal comparison, and workplace demotivation.
Delivering the keynote modules, Edmonds Owhorode presented a unified paradigm: sustainable mental health and personal significance begin by recognizing intrinsic, non-negotiable human value. This foundation then translates outwardly into team collaboration, empathetic support systems, and organizational excellence.
Keynote Declaration:
"Every human being is valued, essential, and created with untapped potential. You are not defined by what people project onto you from the outside; you are defined by the capacity planted on the inside."
