Hey Haruka here, 

It's been a while since my last episode so I wanted to do a life update before doing a actual episode apologizing for the lack of episodes and hopefully I will be better at making them from here on out. 

Today's episode is a bit different then normal. In this episode Haruka is ranting about something she is very passionate about which is mental health. More specifically she is ranting about mental health among teens.

Today's episode did not go according to plan so instead I talked about something completely different and that is something only females deal with and that is... Periods. If you get uncomfortable when talking about Periods feel free to skip this episode and go straight onto the next one.
