I had a pretty traumatizing experience trying to get a prescription for medication this past week. I know this isn't a rare occurrence for womxn with ADHD, and I felt called to share some of my history and events.  I am not here to show you how perfect I am, I am here to share with you how I deal with not being perfect. ADHD isn't something that can be fixed or cured, but there are so many ways you can heal your living to support your brain. That is why I created Mortar & Mystery.
