Stop Thinking You Gained Fat Overnight - Stop Allowing The Scale To Determine Your Worth

That scale is probably the biggest distraction in your fitness journey.

Your body is a dynamic machine so EXPECT to have fluctuations!! It happens to each one of us!

Before you get on the scale I challenge you to evaluate How you feel, How you showed up this week in your fitness, nutrition and water intake and Evaluate how you feel, bio feedback wise.  Then when you get on the scale if it goes up

Could be:
👉🏼You slept poorly.
👉🏼You had a hard training session.
👉🏼You need to poop.
👉🏼You’re about to get your period.
👉🏼You ate a large meal before bed.
👉🏼You ate a meal heavy in carbs/sodium.
👉🏼You’re stressed.
👉🏼You drank alcohol.
👉🏼You’re simply a human being.

Stop letting the scale throw all logic out the window.
It is the least meaningful metric of progress. 

Give your body permission to have scale fluctuations.   And understand you didn't gain body fat overnight.  It is part of the process.
