The majority of the weapons a space ship might use on another space ship will work on a planetary body that doesn't have an atmosphere but as soon as your target has air to hide behind it becomes much more difficult to attack them. The weapons we talk about in this episode are basically useless on other ships but devastating when attacking a ground target on a planet.
