Today I talk about specifically the mental health struggles of your children, youth, and young adults, as well as those in domestic abuse relationships.

Suicide increased 70% between 2006-and 2018. This was PRE C WORD (yes I get flagged for writing even the word anymore) era.  This is an astronomical issue that our parents, caretakers, schools and churches needs to be more aware of than ever.  As Christians, we can ALL help bring this number down with God's help.

I will discuss an interview podcast I listened to between Joe Rogan and Jewel who had a lot of wise and helpful information as well that they shared!
