Stop treating Entreprenuership as a job

Leaders in network marketing are always talking about duplication. If this is a people business we should treat the people as who they are duplication people is impossible because each person is an individual. and we should as a leader use each person's talent as a leader instead of placing each person in a box using a system. When joining a Network mark companies many fail to pay attention to the fine print n what kind of business there. in

it started that your building distribution line, not an Independent Business. this is where people get tripped up. And how many are surprised by the

changes that happen within that affiliate? This is why ist so important to build your own brand outside o those companies. the most important 

thing to do is build your list. If there's a change within that company's complaint of it shut down completely you are not stuck without an audience an income. The biggest mistake most make is thinking it ok to depends on only the on source of income. 

There may be many income streams within that business based on your performance. but if that company shuts down all that income is lost. So build income streams away from those companies.
