Crazy that by just starting this podcast I am learning so much about myself and how I really need to start treating myself with compassion. I am always trying to get this podcast perfect for you and as a result, I end up stifling my creativity. 

This podcast is raw and at times a little messy, but this is my journey and I hope that you come along for the ride with me.
