Deceiving others into thinking you are something you are not leads you nowhere and creates weak relationships. It is way better to be real and focus on yourself instead of a fake image made for people who don’t really care about you.

Longevity is all about investing, not taking.

This is the way to go. If you work on your relationships and on yourself you will create stronger bonds with people. This applies for personal and professional relationships.

Invest your time in people and they will invest back into you. Meaningful relationships can accompany you for life, fake relationships based on vanity break apart the moment you can’t maintain the illusion.
