Trigger warning: I talk about loss. 

However, this is a very real and authentic episode. I am experiencing loss in real time, and well it's devastating. But I still have a message to super share with you. This episode will be real and raw, but something I know you need to hear to fuel that fire. Grief is really hard and honestly so many layers, if you're experiencing loss, I just want to give you a hug. Literally, take a shot for me, in my drake voice.
