In this episode I give my opinion on the Los Angeles Wild Fires. What we have just experienced, some thoughts from people I've spoken to, and some theories as to why. I offer some solutions and things that should have been done to prevent this disaster. What can we learn from it and what doesn't make sense, till it does.

My prayers go out to all those affected by the fires and our heart breaks to see all the devastation. Thank you to the firefighters and first responders. Our state needs to make some major changes and better Solutions are needed. There's more to talk about in upcoming episodes.

I recorded this episode on Tuesday night as the winds were going insane and the fires had just started. I start off talking about the day and give some solutions to solve these fires from getting out of control. Then I talk about the FODMAP diet and what we can do to heal our bodies. If we take in and consume only what our bodies need, do we really need the food that our USDA tells us we need? Just some food for thought.
