Narcissists mostly act the same but there are differences between males and females. This is simply because the genders are socialized differently. However female narcissists are still incredibly damaging.

Narcissists have a strong sense of entitlement. They believe they are inherently superior. If anything threatens that false mask the will play the victim to regain control.
