In today’s conversation, I speak with my friend Erin who has dedicated her professional life to social impact. We discuss how she discovered this passion, and how she was able to parlay her educational training into this passion.

As someone who has worked on women’s rights, I was really excited to talk to her about how to raise feminist boys.

My favorite nugget from the conversation was Erin’s thoughts on work-life balance, that aligning oneself with a broader mission and group of people for that mission means that you are one of a whole army of people trying to move the ball forward. And in that context, we can allow ourselves to take care of ourselves.
