Instead of having to read 59 pages worth of a seemingly boring policy document, people now have the opportunity to listen on how the Canadian Federal Government is working in creating a more engaging, accountable, and transparent government.
We conclude the reading of the Action Plan by going over four commitments: Access to Information, Feminist and inclusive dialogue, Reconciliation and Open Government, and Open Government Community.
We will also conclude the reading of the 2018-2020 Open Government Action Plan by going over Annex A, B, and C
As well, it is worth noting that (in all likelihood, if they have not already) Canada's Treasury Board Secretariat will soon begin work on their next installment of their Open Gov Action Plan and we - as a community - should know how well they fared with their current Open Gov Action Plan.
