In molte culture indigene, la guarigione avviene nella comunità. 

Al centro di questo lavoro c’è un atto tanto semplice quanto rivoluzionario: imparare a sentire. Quando impariamo sentire e riconoscere le emozioni e sensazioni nel nostro corpo con persone attorno a noi che ci accolgono, senza venire giudicati impariamo a capire cosa significa appartenere a una comunità sana e connessa—un luogo dove possiamo provare emozioni senza sentirsi da soli e senza venire giudicati.

Questa è l’esperienza che il nostro corpo biologicamente si aspettava fin dalla nascita. E quando finalmente incontra questo tipo di sicurezza, inizia spontaneamente un processo di riconnessione all’essenza originaria.
