Being a A+ grade student in school, especially defined by your marks and then scoring less than 50% in higher education can make you feel low on confidence and create lot of self doubt. My guest today went through such turmoil in his life and it was his family who came to his aide.

Today Vikas Agrawal is an Amazon Best Selling Author of the book "You Are Not Too Young" and also a young entrepreneur and runs a sales funnel (digital marketing) agency that helps coaches, trainers and mentors to grow their business and impact. 

His agency is serving clients not only across PAN India but internationally as well. Vikas has been inspiring, transforming many people’s lives through his services of building funnels, and via his coaching & mentoring programs, webinars, and much more.  He is a computer science engineer by education and an entrepreneur by choice. 

He lived a normal life just like any average person for years and then realized the importance to find his passion and convert it into a business that can positively impact and transform people's lives.

Facing public is the biggest fear than death. Most of the people who are shy are scared to talk or some go to that extent that they do not like to be seen. The confidence level for such a person is below zero. Moreover they face a lot of challenge while dealing in public or office.

Today is 50th episode of my show Stories that Impact. The show launched with a hope to impact people's lives by sharing stories of amazing people who went through hell and never gave up.

Being the 50th episode its my greatest pleasure to bring my SIFU, my First Mentor, GURUDEV.

It all started in 2016 where he thought that he has potential to do more. Being in sales for his entire life, he thought he is good at it; however, he wanted to be the best and that led him to his first mentor Grant Cardone. On his personal development journey he found another amazing mentor DanLok.

Being in a mediocre life for 33 years, he went through enough pain to start a movement in 2018 called as Passionpreneurs with a mission on creating a universe of Passionpreneur who are changing the world and becoming legends by impacting 1 Billion lives

He helps professionals to quit their 9 to 5 and build a business around their passion. Since then he has impacted 1000's of lives and help them generate millions.

Bullying or Ragging during teen years could lead a child with scars. The memories can haunt them forever. Some children take the extreme step to kill themselves and then there are others like Dr.Siddharth who sends sweets to their bullies.

My Guest, Shruti Deshpande, is a true icon for Women Empowerment. She is an Award Winning Architect. A girl who lost herself in the battles of Life. Couldn’t figure out the path. Didn’t knew what to do. 

When you fail a class, you also miss on your friends. Very few understand and try to stay connected; however, most move on. Shruti failed and lost her friends. It was so bad that they didn’t even turn up on her birthday and stopped inviting her.

She was heartbroken and realized at an early age the harsh truth that Life is tough. She had confidence in herself.
