Our guest today is Konnor Walczak, he is one of the craziest and most genuine people that I have met yet. In this episode we talk about social media and how it has affected our lives for the better or for the worse. As we were growing up social media was created and we were the first generation to grow with these social networks. It has its up and downs but we just talk about our experiences and perspectives.

This week we have David Ritscher, to be honest this guy is the most adventurous person that I have met yet. From skydiving, hiking mountains and ice cold plunges David really knows how to grab life by he horns. He isn't afraid to get uncomfortable, and I think we all need that every once in a while.

We get stuck in our everyday lives and sometimes we need to change it up a little bit and David is a prime example of that. We don't try new things due to fear, but in reality the only place that fear exists is in our head. It may be difficult at first, but we never know where that new adventure may take us. Life is too short not to take a chance on your dreams.

This is the second part to the Tragedy isn't a competition episode. In this episode we talk about Julz love life and how she is able to maintain a romantic relationship with three other individuals. This one definitely takes the pie for being the most minding opening episode yet. 

I had the pleasure of meeting Julz years back and these last two episodes have revolved around who she is and what she has been through. Her upbringing has been one that many may not have survived. I admire her relentless effort to be happy regardless of what has happened in the past and not letting that effect her for what is in store for her in the future. Once you meet her you will know exactly what I am talking about.

Julz polyamorist relationship has been a life experience that has been truly fascinating to listen to. We are only scratching the surface when we talk about her life. I will definitely have her on the show again to talk more about her life. I would also like to thank Julz for coming on the show and sharing her interesting life that she has had.

This week I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Julz Meacheam. To be honest she was the person that made sure I never jude a book by its cover, you'll see why. When you meet her for the first time you may think that she has had the perfect life, but there's a lot more behind that smile.

Tragedy is something we all go through no matter who we are. Our worst day, is our worst day, don't get stuck up on the thought of who has it better or who has it easier because that will get you nowhere. Focus on you and make sure that at the end of the day you're alright, because if you don't take care of you, who will?
