Unlike in years past, the storm-battered Santa Cruz wharf will not be reopening in the next few days. Big crowds are descending on ReStore Oakland for Free Furniture Friday, where many items big and small throughout the store are free to take. According to retail experts, E-Bikes were a hot holiday gift this year, leaving some doctors worried.
