The season finale. Ezz and the Guns finally move on the Rings, right under the noses of the Paumat. Anthe shows her true colors. Old mysteries give way to new ones in this climactic conclusion.

If there's no season 2, we riot.

In this week's episode of Between the Rings, we have a special guest coming in hot off her first full episode - Tara Kostmayer (Anthe)!

Tara and Suzy (Ezz Bennil) talk about the sibling experience, acting without physicality, and the prospect of Anthe showing up in a mech suit. Anything can happen--even if it usually doesn't.

Ezz has to contend with the most formidable opponent of all: a family member with different political views. Polt makes a critical decision. Ezz and the Guns attempt a risky gambit.

Today, we interview a special guest, Jonathan Barouch, composer extraordinaire of the Storm Runner's iconic themes. We go over his creative process, his philosophies around music and character, and other projects he's involved in.

Desperate for fuel, Ezz tracks down some erstwhile allies. A figure from her past helps to orchestrate a daring escape. Boat disapproves of pretty much everything going on. That last sentence might as well be the tagline for the series.

This week we're going supersonic by jumping into all things sound. Aaron shares how he develops the myriad sound effects for the show, while Kevin talks about the diegesis of our score. All in preparation for Episode 7, which just might be our most ambitious episode to date.

Boat and Ezz finally find safe harbor in the custody of the infinitely Deamor. The whole cloudbeast problem should be an easy sell. After all, Ezz does so great in polite society.
