Cs: Na českém venkově, kde se voňavé jabloně skláněly pod tíhou rudých plodů, panovala atmosféra tichého očekávání.
En: In the Czech countryside, where fragrant jabloně bent under the weight of red fruits, there was an atmosphere of quiet anticipation.

Cs: Podzimní listí hrálo všemi barvami, zlatě a červeně zářilo kolem, zatímco oslavný festival sklizně jablek byl na spadnutí.
En: The autumn leaves played in all colors, shimmering gold and red around, while the celebratory apple harvest festival was about to begin.

Cs: Jan, pečlivý farmář, stál na kraji svého sadu a zkoumal obzor.
En: Jan, a meticulous farmer, stood at the edge of his orchard and surveyed the horizon.

En: However, her thoughts were elsewhere.

Cs: Často snila o životě za hranicemi vesnice, o městských světlech a větších možnostech.
En: She often dreamed of life beyond the village borders, of city lights and greater opportunities.

Cs: „Tati,“ začala váhavě, „proč bychom nemohli jít někam jinam?
En: "Dad," she began hesitantly, "why can't we go somewhere else?

Cs: Podívat se, co je za obzorem?
En: To see what's beyond the horizon?"

Cs: “Jan na ni pohlédl s mírným úsměvem, ale uvnitř se mu svíralo srdce.
En: Jan looked at her with a gentle smile, but his heart tightened inside.

Cs: „Petro, tady máš svoje místo.
En: "Petro, you have your place here.

Cs: Tady tě všechno zná a ty znáš všechno.
En: Everything knows you here, and you know everything."

Cs: “Náhle se začal vzdálený hrom ozývat blíže, temné mraky se stáhly nad sad.
En: Suddenly, distant thunder began to sound closer, and dark clouds gathered over the orchard.

Cs: Bouřka byla za rohem.

Cs: Jan musel rychle jednat.
En: Jan had to act quickly.

Cs: „Musíme teď do práce,“ zvolal Jan, odhodlaný zachránit tolik jablek, kolik je možné.
En: "We must get to work now," exclaimed Jan, determined to save as many apples as possible.

Cs: „Zavoláme všechny, kdo nám mohou pomoci.
En: "Let's call everyone who can help us."

Cs: “Společně se Marek, Petra a Jan vrhli do práce.
En: Together, Marek, Petra, and Jan threw themselves into the work.

Cs: Lidé z celé vesnice přišli pomoci sklízet rychle jablka, než začne pršet.
En: People from the entire village came to help quickly gather the apples before it started to rain.

Cs: Někdo přinesl košíky, jiný žebříky, nálada byla navzdory hrozícím mrakům pozitivní.

Cs: Nechci ti bránit ve štěstí.
En: I don't want to stand in the way of your happiness."

Cs: “Petra se k němu otočila, její tvář byla vážná, ale v očích měla jiskru.
En: Petra turned to him, her face serious, but there was a sparkle in her eyes.

Cs: „Děkuji, tati.
En: "Thank you, Dad.

Cs: Stůjte při mně, jako jste stáli teď při sadu.
En: Stand by me as you stood by the orchard now.

Cs: A já vím, kam se můžu kdykoli vrátit.
En: And I know where I can always return."

Cs: “Jan pochopil, že je čas přijmout i jiné sny a plány, než jsou ty jeho.
En: Jan understood that it was time to embrace other dreams and plans besides his own.

Cs: A s úrodou bezpečně uloženou mohli oba hledět do budoucnosti s nadějí.
En: And with the harvest safely stored, they could both look to the future with hope.

Cs: V srdcích věděli, že navzdory bouřím, budou stát při sobě.
En: In their hearts, they knew that despite the storms, they would stand by each other.
