The team has tracked the fast food cult led by Gary to a cheap hotel in the hopes of finding the missing Mark Stamets for their client (Mark’s mom). The team dramatically entered, breaking windows and doors… and things are about to get so much weirder than anyone could have ever expected.
Oh, and just a warning — Nick (as the GM) makes some puking noises at the beginning of the episode. So, yeah, sorry about that.

The post 60. Gary! Gary? Steve. (Glengarry Gary Gary Part 3) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
Hired to find the missing Mark Stamets by his mother, the team discovered Mark had apparently joined a fast food cult where everyone is apparently called Gary? Tracking the cult to a McDaniels restaurant on the east side of town, N.K. decided to have a seat with them.
And stuff immediately got weird.

The post 59. Gary! Gary? (Glengarry Gary Gary Part 2) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
Nick is in the GM’s seat for this storyline, which is about as weird as weird can get. Is there a cult? Yes. Does it involve a fast food chain’s annual board game themed contest? Apparently. Is at least one person named Gary? Gary.
Gary gary gary.

The post 58. Gary! (Glengarry Gary Gary Part 1) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
Hired by Lacy Reins to find her missing girlfriend Allison Nimblefinger, the team has ended up in the woods — where they encountered a strange, old dwarven woman, an Orcish man, and a random Ninja. N.K. weirdly picked a fight with them, but the team is currently waiting in hiding to see what happens at the supposed rendezvous time they found in Allison’s phone.
And stuff’s just going to get weirder.

The post 57. The Naming of Cats (Reins Returns Part 4) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
On the hunt for the missing Allison Nimblefinger the Stormwood team has ended up in the middle of the redwood forest where a mysterious “rendezvous” is supposed to occur. There they found an old, dwarven woman living in a makeshift lean-to, and she is best described as “less than helpful.”
Like she is very, very irritating.

The post 56. Oh What a Circus (Reins Returns Part 3) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
The team has been hired by Lacy Reins to find her missing girlfriend, halfling hacker Allison “D4rkw3b” Nimblefinger. Information on Allison’s phone has led the team to a “supplier” named Elliot, who keeps an address in a very familiar warehouse district. When the team got there, Elliot got really squirrelly and tried to run away.
So N.K. knocked him out.

The post 54. All I Ask of You (Reins Returns Part 1) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
In the thrilling conclusion to our longest arc yet, the team has the stolen Mustang, they have Juan, and they’re driving their way out of the ColeTech building as fast as they can. Bill knows he recognizes the two stones on the dashboard of the Mustang though, and they may have dire implications for a dear friend of his.
Things end up going a direction no one really expected.

The post 53. Worse Luck Yesterday (Domino Effect Part 11) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
Our heroes (and the car thieves) have made it to the top floor of the ColeTech office building in their cars, and now all they have to do is steal back the Spooky Mustang, grab Juan, and get the heck out of there. So, y’know, easy stuff.
If you were expecting a lot of gun shots and broken glass, you won’t be disappointed.

The post 52. S&S Presents Bobson and Macai (Domino Effect Part 10) first appeared on Nerd & Tie Network.
Having driven three cars four levels up into the five story ColeTech office building, the Stormwood team (along with the “sexy car thieves”) are braving the mysterious, magical darkness that stands between them and the freight elevator to the fifth floor. After making their way for a little while, Babbitt (who was outside the cars on a motorcycle) was grabbed by a large, winged creature in the darkness.
Nothing about this job is easy.
