A murder takes place in the outskirts of Rajasthan. After investigating, Inspector Raj is shocked to find out that the murderer used the same methods to kill as another murderer who is now behind the bars for the last 12 years: Psycho Singh. To nab this copycat killer, Psycho Singh agrees to help Inspector Raj but on one condition. He wants access to Adarsh Singh, a police officer who is also working on this case. But for Raj, this wish is hard to fulfil as Adarsh was once a part of Psycho Singh's life—a chapter that has remained buried in Adarsh’s memories for a very long time.
