The original recording of this track feature Bruce Crump (of Molly Hatchet fame) on drums. This updated recording features the drumming of Kyle Crump (Bruce's now 14 year son). Way to go Kyle!

The chimes were playing outside the window as I sat down at the piano and began by copying their movement. It was a magical moment and this recording was an improvisation recorded in one take. Chris Lucas came in later to add the classical guitar arrangement, and Mark Holt added the cello. (It came to my attention recently that on CD, this recording was cut in half by the disk manufacturer; the last part of it showing up on the next CD track. Here I have joined the pieces back together as they should be - enjoy.)

Broken Glass is a song that I suppose was written towards my dad, at that time in our relationship.

'She Does' is a song written for my wife just before we got married. I was so amazed to find someone that could care for me so, even in all my wacky nutiness.

This song was tracked on the very same 24 track tape machine that Steve Winwood recorded that phenomenal work "Arc of a Diver." Features Robert Lynch on Guitars; Lisa Hinson Orlosky and Karen Hinson Gregory on background vocals.
