And finally! The long awaited one! This guy is a busy man.
This episode we sat down with Barbie J LaVon, well known tattoo artist and creator of Crayonnabis coloring book (to name a couple of things this guy does), and it was a blast.
Being a professional artist and tattooer, story telling and conversation is something Barbie excels at. He told us some of his back story, which was definitely an interesting listen. We also discussed tv, movies, social media and being a dad of a little girl.
It was an honor to have a conversation with this caliber of individual.
We hope you enjoy!

Today we were able to sit down with Brandon Sandford. Brandon left one cage for another. From a five year stint in prison to MMA fighter, he took life on the chin like the fighter he is; all while showing what a little bit of hard work, dedication, and motivation can do for the soul. Brandon is truly inspiring and compassionate and has been kind enough to take time out of his busy holiday schedule to sit down and talk with us. He highlights some of his finer moments in and out of the ring. He has an incredibly positive view on life and is truly an all around great guy. We hope you all enjoy this as much as we did.

We spend the night hanging with our good pal Brendan. We do quite a bit of BSing and argue with Justin about the magic that is cruise ships. Listen in for a couple of big announcements at the end!

We sit down with Andre Hamilton, the self proclaimed "Mad Black Man". This round with Andre, you get a dive into his motorcycle accidents to a fairly high level of detail and he joins us on a rant about the effect of social media and technology on today's youth.
You will also learn where his nickname came from.
I guess its a good reason to be mad.

"I didn't have time to feel sorry for myself. I had a family that needed me."
--Mike Coleman
We got the opportunity to sit down with Mike Coleman. Mike at the young age of 40 was devastated when doctors told him he was suffering from heart failure and would need a transplant. Instead of pissing and moaning, Mike has fought and keeps fighting for a better tomorrow. A truly inspiring tale that everyone should hear. It's a true testament to what having a positive attitude can do for you in a time when it's hard to see the light.

We sit and talk with Mickey "The Madman" Marsack. A dedicated Father, Mixed Martial Artist, and Personal Trainer. Mickey has been a close friend of mine for several years as well as his head coach for three of those years. Over time, Mickey has diligently worked his way to an elite level of personal training. Recently he applied and received his own LLC, "Mickeys Madness", on top of being a full time father and fighter. We take a dive into the mind of "The Madman" himself to see how he maintains his crazy schedules.
