Andrew Dykstra from Brewhouse Margaret River talks about his team's Perth Royal Beer Show gong for Peter Coupan. And he reveals how the barrel aged Imperial Stout got its unusual name. Brewhouse Margaret River has been six years in the making and Andrew reveals the difficulties of starting a beer making operation in such a beautiful part of the world.
