Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Star Trek Prodigy Season 1 Episode 5: Terror Firma. Seems like we just got started, but we're already at a mid-season finale as this episode is the last one until January of 2022! The good news is, a lot happens to take us into the break. The bad news is, I don't want a break! They've got me hooked, I never want it to end. But alas...don't worry, we'll be back in January when the show returns. We pick up the action this week right where we left off last week! The shuttle is down, the Protostar is down and we are in big trouble! The crew has to navigate their way to the crashed Protostar without the help of Janeway, the shuttle or their fancy dune buggy. And you know a lot of things go wrong along the way. Back at the ship, Janeway is fighting off the vines with only access to non-essential systems and she's got some tricks up her sleeve. But don't get too comfy because the Diviner has arrived and he doesn't intend to leave without his precious ship.

If you haven't heard our 6-year old correspondent Maahi (from our previous three episodes), then this is the time to tune in. She always tells us what she thinks about the episode and what (if anything) she's learned from it!

Normally it's a re-watch of a thing you've already seen but love to watch and talk about....but now we're bringing you something new! Prodigy is our first dive into podcasting new Trek. Come along for the ride!
