Was so great to talk to Gen about her career, becoming a mum, the decision to run the Marathon and everything in between.

We touch a lot on the ups and downs of her journey to becoming the Aussie record holder for the Steeple as well as the moments leading to and after rupturing her Achilles in an Olympic final.

For anyone struggling for motivation or ambition this is a must listen to a true star of the sport

Newest fastest man on home soil Liam Adams sat down to talk all things Marathon career, sponsorship, training, motivation for the sport as well as a detailed recount of both the gold coast marathon this past weekend as well as previous attempts at his first Sub 2:10. 

Liam is open and honest about his relationship with the sport and the struggles he has had along the way.  

Amazingly open and honest podcast, and one I think stacks of people can get a lot from.
