We are calling this our season finale because we are putting the podcast on pause for a while, we hope to be back once we feel the energy to do it again.  In today's episode, Al and I discuss a variety of topics, some current events and things that lead to us putting the podcast on hold for while.  Thank you for listening!

Yes we are finally back with another episode after a long absence and this episode Al and I get caught up on the top subjects of the past 10 months.  Covid-19 and the US presidential elections.  Stay tuned at the end of the episode for an exciting change we are bringing to the podcast for 2021!

In today's conversation, we have a shallow discussion about everyone's guilty pleasure ... reality TV.  Is it a true depiction of reality? Is it a problem for society?  Does it create a false sense of reality for most?  These are all questions that we talk about, plus we talk about a few reality shows in particular.  Al is quite a fan!  Hope you enjoy.

Al and I have a casual discussion about democracy, giving our thoughts and opinions.  Nothing more nothing less.

There are so many titles I could give Mark because he's done so much and continues to press on and live life to the fullest and that is the main theme of his message.  We had a very fruitful discussion with Mark about his challenges as a youth, having gone through a double lung and heart transplant, then becoming the first man in history (as far as we know) to run a marathon with another person's heart and lungs.  But I think more importantly we focused on the message Mark is trying to put forth in the world today and that is ... well you have to listen to find out.  Hope you enjoy!

In the spirit of Valentine's Day, Al and I have a discussion about Love.  If you think two middle aged men talking about love sounds like awkward discussion to have ... well you'd be right.  Regardless we had fun and we hope you will enjoy.
