In this episode we talk about self love, insecurities, confidence and being yourself. We tend to be our worst critics of ourselves. Why do we feel that we need to impress others just to be liked? Why must we change our ways to fit in? Why must we explain why we are different? Not realizing that we are trying so hard to be someone we are not causes to not know who we really are and feel that we need to seek for approval just to be acknowledged. We want to be able to learn who we are as we grow internally and mentally. Be proud of your culture and embrace it. Instead of feeling like the outsider in your surrounding, be the person they want to get to know. Be the one they want to admire. Don't lose yourself by being someone you are not. Love yourself. Be proud of yourself.
