Pat is 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds with Brown hair and Blue eyes.

Pat has “Chapman'' tattooed vertically on his right forearm. Other tattoos are a cross with “Buddy” right shoulder blade, a saw blade like circle on his back between his shoulder blades. He has his ear, tongue, and nipples pierced. Pat also has some surgical scars on his back and his front hip area. He is known to wear a necklace with a wisdom tree on it. He has some glass bottles filled with crystals and a pocket knife. It is unknown what he was wearing but it could possibly be blue work pants, black boots, and a black and white woven pullover. He is often known to wear a ball cap.

There has since been a medical alert added to his missing case as Pat has been without a few medications he needs and may need medical attention.
