Roxanne Lacson was last seen on the morning of August 27, 2007, when her daughter dropped her off at her boyfriend's home in the Makakilo area of Honolulu, Hawaii. She has never been heard from again.

Roxanne would be 60 years old at the time of this recording. She is described as an Asian/Pacific Islander female with black hair and brown eyes. She is of Hawaiian, Chinese and Filipino descent. Roxanne is 5'3" and 130 lbs.
