Billy & Sierra (and Jetty the dog!) are fellow liveaboard cruisers, living on their catamaran and sailing around the Caribbean. When the pandemic broke out, they were anchored off an island in the Caribbean- now, as the hurricane season looms but the borders are closed, they are running out of options.
