In this special edition of the Stranded Sports Podcast, Nick sits down with Ben Masella of the Florida Everblades ECHL team (3:40). The two talk about Ben's career in hockey and what life has been like for an ECHL player during the Covid-19 pandemic. Jack talks about the sweet victory of the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Nick talks about why winning a championship during Covid is nothing to put an asterisk next too. Tyler and the guys touch on the MLB playoffs as well before transitioning to the NBA Finals. The guys sit down to discuss the crazy world of sports in this week's episode. Nick and Tyler chat with former North Carolina men's basketball player Marcus Ginyard to talk about his career as a college hooper. We then talk about his time in the NBA G-League and what basketball is like overseas, where Marcus has played for roughly a decade. Following the interview, Nick sits down with Nick Hardner, and they discuss their upcoming fantasy football draft while also giving some draft advice.
