    Can there really be such a thing as a 'heart-healthy divorce'?

    Judith (or Judi) Weigle has light and meaningful advice for those facing divorce and for a breakup in general. She says there is always time to be depressed and stressed when going through a breakup and suggests allowing time for some laughter. "I promise, laughter will not spoil your divorce. It will enhance your ability to deal with divorce in a much healthier way."

    Judi has a background in legal work, filing divorces, and mediation. She is a podcast host (Amicable Divorce Expert Podcast). She's the president at Divorce Resource, inc and Mediation Services.
