Justin Trudeau has announced his intention to resign - and Mark Carney and Chrystia Freeland have thrown their hats in the ring to replace him. And, it looks like some of what Mark Carney is doing may be resonating as the Liberals start to improve in the polls. He joins Stephen LeDrew to discuss what has happened for Three Minutes.
