From time to time owners will have to deal with issues like the substandard work of a contractor and this will upset them however in my experience, losing your shit is unlikely to solve the problem. As a body corporate manager my role is to assist the committee with maintenance obligations. Asking me to get upset with you is again, not going to solve the central issue. So when upset, take a short walk, grab a cup of tea, look at something funny on you tube for ten minutes and then call me.
