If you follow me on social media, specifically my stories, you know I wake up around 5am each day.  It may look effortless now but it hasn’t always been that way.  In fact, I used to wake up at the very last minute possible and then rush around to get it together and get to where I needed to be.  Of course this left me frustrated, full of anxiety, often forgetting things and often late.  It doesn't have to be that way!
