Some simple strategies i discuss in my videos of the past few days which help us to remain calm, present and thankful.
Daily gratitude, wake up every morning and try to find reasons to be happy, reasons to be optimistic, hopeful and positive. If you keep repeating it becomes a habit, your brain will naturally look for reasons to be happy and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.
We are facing many challenges, however during difficulty - when we are uncomfortable, we find our real strength. Once we come out of our comfort zone doing something different from the norm we really push ourselves we find the strength and resilience to keep going.
We also get creative, think of innovative ideas and solutions to the current problems we are facing.
So keep yourself busy.
